A very important consideration is the influence that people can have on the success or failure of the project. In many cases the participants and the people behind the scenes in the project will affect the success or failure of the project, but this is not always so.

The final aspect of the case study analysis is the final result, whether it was a success or a failure. This includes all the costs of the project, including money and time.

The analysis and decision-making should have taken into account the general data, time and cost, but the final result of the project should be able to be considered in relation to the outcome of the project.
