The second component of the analysis would be an examination of the goals and objectives of the organization’s requirements. By investigating what needs are to be met in the process and why, the case study solution also analyzes the entire environment of the organization where the requirements will be obtained.
In terms of the design of a case study analysis structure, here are the four factors that should be considered when presenting the description of the requirements. The first factor to include is the organizational context. This could be expressed as the place in which the requirements have been generated. For instance, this could be a requirement created within the marketing department for a new website or requirements created by a product testing team for the new software.
Second, the organizational context will involve what the requirements were generated from (the target audience). In cases where the requirements are generated by the target audience, then you should be able to find out what questions the target audience are asking; in other words, how are they structured or articulated?
Also, it’s important to know what the audience is looking for. This may be a product or service that is designed to meet their specific needs, or it may be a specific capability. What are their needs and what would they expect?
Third, it’s also important to know what the strategies the target audience is looking for. At least for this aspect, the solutions should not only be designed to answer the needs, but should also incorporate an “understanding” of what the audience wants. For instance, a marketing department will be looking for a new website that will better their overall site.
Fourth, it is also important to identify what the organizational culture is that supports this information resources. Within a business organization, how is this culture shaped by the core values? For instance, these may be service-oriented, quality oriented, or loyalty oriented.
Different information management systems have different forms of analysis. For instance, in this case study analysis structure, the management needs to be able to identify what the organization’s strategy needs to be, what the organization’s purpose is, and what they intend to do to achieve those objectives.
Of course, the case study solution is not limited to these four factors alone. It also includes various other factors such as how the organization will be structured, what the organizational culture is, what its values are, what the strategic goals are, and so on.
The case study analysis structure should be analyzed to find out how a case study is created and what the objectives of the project will be. There should also be clear indicators of how this analysis will relate to the objectives of the case study.
The end result of the project must also be clearly defined by the case study solution and the application. For instance, if a test case was created to explore how a web site can improve upon the current search engine results, then the result must be the change in the search engine rankings. If it was found that a particular customer has been missing due to duplicate content, then it must also be found that this same customer will now receive only one search result.
Finally, the case study solution must be understood by the end users. Not only should the elements of the case study analysis structure to be understood by the stakeholders, but also the end users of the project must understand these factors. Then, the project must be analyzed for the target benefits that it will provide to the business.
